An important building in Downtown Boise was saved from the wrecking ball thanks to a unique, locally-founded private company serving the education sector, Athlos Academies. The charter school organization has transformed the building into its new corporate headquarters and training facility. CCDC partnered with Athlos to pay for historic façade improvements and new streetscape construction.
This project was complete in summer 2017. CCDC Real Estate Development Manager, Shellan Rodriguez, oversaw this project.
