CCDC creates a 5-year Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) as a framework to collaborate with agency and community partners to achieve urban redevelopment goals and long term vision for the city. The plan allows for flexibility to take advantage of unanticipated opportunities and changes in market conditions.
The link below will open the final CIP document which outlines the projects CCDC has planned for the next five fiscal years in each of the four urban renewal districts. The CIP is built in conjunction with the budget to allocate limited resources to various capital improvement projects and participation agreements. The plan is evaluated and revised annually to make necessary adjustments as conditions change. The CIP is updated every year.
